• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

• All ticket sales are subject to availability.
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with the event organiser's entry requirements, including age restrictions, dress codes, or venue rules.
• Ticket prices are shown in Australian dollars (unless otherwise stated) and may be subject to fees, taxes, and charges.
• Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

• Refunds are only provided as required under the Australian Consumer Law or the event organiser's stated refund policy.
• If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or materially altered, we will provide instructions on refunds or exchanges as determined by the event organiser.
• Service fees, booking fees, or delivery charges may be non-refundable except where required by law.

• Admission to an event is controlled by the event organiser and venue, not TIXZAR.
• We are not responsible for refused entry due to non-compliance with event rules (e.g., intoxication, safety policies, or restricted items).
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be replaced unless authorised by the event organiser.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from TIXZAR, you agree that message frequency may vary, that standard message and data rates may apply, and that you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any marketing SMS or by contacting [email protected]. Reply HELP for assistance.

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with security features
• Resell, counterfeit, or tamper with tickets
• Engage in automated use of the system (e.g., bots for ticket scalping)

• All content on our Services, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by TIXZAR or licensed to us.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit our content without prior written consent.

• We provide ticketing and related services but are not the organiser of events (unless expressly stated). Event details, safety, and conduct are the responsibility of the event organiser.
• To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding our Services.
• Our liability for breach of these Terms, statutory guarantees, or negligence is limited to the extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TIXZAR, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Our collection and use of your information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
